    Pros

Very flexible, they allow flex time and let you work early and stay late to get done early Friday’s. PTO accrues quickly

    I worked at Mercyhealth full-time

    Pros

    Benefits, flexibility, hard working team

    Cons

Management expects unrealistic goals and holds whole department accountable. Don't want to give credit for good work. Education is very lacking and communication is not consistent. Micromanagement.

    Advice to Management

When hiring people with experience, listen to what they have to say and communicate with staff. Set realistic goals that are in line with national averages and not the bottom line.

I have been working at Mercyhealth full-time

    Pros

Company is growing and creating new opportunities for advancement. Depending on the department, work flexibility is a possibility.

    Cons

There are a lot of top level employees and I fear the company will become top heavy and slow the progress of their current trajectory.

    Advice to Management

Use cohesive training techniques to ensure that employees from all locations are doing the same job in the same way.
