The increment is very low. It is not based on work but just based on percentage. They don't distinguish employees based on their work.

At MGI, we duly recognise employees based on their performance and outstanding accomplishments and make sure they’re rewarded appropriately. Furthermore, our appraisals are based on a performance review procedure that is highly comprehensive and follows international standards. It incorporates a ranking system built on a substantial number of assessment parameters and measurable metrics, making it accurate, objective and fair. Additionally, we have another level of evaluation wherein the managers at MGI follow a structured and well-defined process which also includes a significant number of parameters to evaluate employee performance. This detailed protocol is implemented each year with absolute precision, and the multiple levels of review and feedback are specially designed to minimise bias and ensure transparency and fairness. Dear former employee, Your coarse choice of words and derogatory remarks against the company and its employees, especially senior officials, is highly unethical, unprofessional and unsubstantiated. Out of the multiple ways to reach the right ears through our internal communication channels, you chose to express your misguided grudges on a public platform. Had you chosen to articulate your concerns with a constructive spirit, we would have happily welcomed it. Such feedbacks only serve the purpose of misrepresenting the company's culture and maligning its reputation, which is unacceptable to us. Furthermore, for a company that has shown tremendous growth in the past decade, it is implausible that our employees, as per your remark, stay idle. Contrarily, our team works hard to stay on top of their game and innovate and collaborate to provide top-tier gaming solutions on a global scale. On the other hand, our long-standing policies guide us never to put any employee under extensive pressure. In fact, we are proud to term our work environment as healthy since it translates into the right amount of work pressure to ensure professional growth and, at the same time, keep the stress at bay. 1. if you are manager here and gets cabin, it's a dream job bcz no one gng to monitor you and you can easily play matches on mobile or browse fb, ecommerce sites. 2. no work for qa managers except morning scrum , full day you can sit in your cabin like govt employees and do literally nothing. 3. Cheap of the QA itself has very low IQ and but he is skilled in politics and know how to play dirty politics. 4. Good policies for managers only or if you have good skills to praise them, you will directly promoted to manager from traniee QA., no hierarchy will be followed.

List of cons, which can not be explain. Think 1000000 times before joining this company. Not able to give 0 star. 1 Star is too much for them They could fire you at anytime without any prior notice for any stupid reason. They can fire anyone anytime without any reason and no two months basic salary in advance after firing. You will be hired for some other work, and you need to work which is something not related to your work. They can even put you in Data Entry Job.
