    Get paid to study and pass your licenses. Nice base pay to help build your practice. Training and opportunity to grow.

    Cons

    You need to bring in households with min. of $100k assets, which can be difficult if your circumstance isn't around wealth. If you don't it's better to join a team where you will have to mostly cold call their list and split commissions with the team.
