    Pros

Good benefits and a culture of demanding excellence. It's a good place to learn but the level of expectations is very high.

    Cons

Brutal hours and male dominated culture. Much harder to advance in your career there as a woman. Total boys club.

    Advice to Management

    Tough to reach

    Pros

Good 401k matching program, if you're average you'll be able to tread water forever, good name and network. Over pay mediocre talent

    Cons

Average people stay here forever, very much a corporate ladder, with need to master shifting blame and take credit to advance

    Advice to Management

Better use 360 reviews, get ideas from everywhere on a more consistent basis
