    great benefits, holidays,vacation and sick time. Maternity and paternity leave is amazing-4 months paid in full

    hard to move up unless you have a rare boss who will help you

    I love the people I woke with, and everyone is always more than willing to help. Work environment is extremely important to me.

    Because it is a big bank, there are many restrictions to what we are allowed to do in creating new business.

    Pros

    Great culture, outstanding technical systems for employees and clients. Good environment for mentorship. Good benefits, vacation, medical, retirement. Easy cross selling within different business lines.

    Cons

    Not a lot of compensation associated with the growth potential with in leadership roles. Other than that I really had a great experience at ML, really gave me a great start to my financial career.

    One of the best places to start a career as a Financial advisor. Different tracks
