    Pros

Great work atmosphere! Room to grow and advance if you show you have an interest or desire, and leadership cares about the employees.

    Cons

No cons that are relevant. When work needs to be done or there is a large project happening everyone will work until the job is done including top leadership. I think that is a plus!

    Pros

I quit and moved on to a much better Corporation that cares about their employees and treats them with respect and trains them for tasks they will be doing.

    Cons

Salaried at 40hrs work 60+ every week. Terrible scheduling. Leave you out of town for weeks if not months with no home time. Good luck with actually being able to use your 2 weeks vacation when you want to. Equipment is held together with electrical tape and bubble gum. Moral is so low its a struggle to convince yourself to even go there. If you have the pleasure of tearing down a sewer bypass be prepared to get it on you. They do not provide any of the necessary ppe to handle human waste. In fact they do not supply you with anything. It's a double breasted company also so half union half non. You will have the joy of working next to some lazy people that make 2 to 3 times more than you doing the same work. If you drive any truck or semi chances are you will get to meet the police that's if it doesn't break down and leave you stranded out of state at night so you get to sleep in the truck or pay for hotel out of your pocket and not get reimbursed for 3 months. It's a sad dismal place to work. Wasted 8 years of my life there.

    Advice to Management

Quit blaming your employees for your bad management skills and terrible equipment maintenance. It's not their fault you lose money on most of your jobs and the money you do make you use it to save the other branches from shutting down. If you got off your high horse and actually listened to your employees once in a while it may not be so bad there. Remember they are your employees not your property they are what keeps you in business. Do a company wide observed drug test once in while. Half if not more of your employees are on them. They sell them in the shop.

I worked at Mersino Dewatering full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay was sufficient, that is about the only pro I have. They have benefits but they aren't really at best.

    Cons

Everything else. Old equipment, felt like a Chinese kid in a sweat shop, lots of paperwork, non efficient equipment to e-file documents. Unorganized organization.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade equipment, blame your processes, not the people! Train properly and recognize good employees
