    Pros

They genuinely care about employees. Room to move up, company is growing fast so there’s always opportunities to grow.

    Cons

Some longer days, however they follow the 14 hour DOT limit. Lots of military terminology used in training and daily operations.

    Pros

It had good benefits and most of the people are great to work with. They are very safe to work for.

    Cons

The management needs work. One manager is very self centered, rude, controlling. They don't listen to the employees and force changes out of the blue. Heads of the company think the company should be run like the military and it makes it hard to work with them.

They mean well but pay low and very top-down

    Pros

Good training, okay benefits, job security, stable company

    Cons

Decent place to work but the company is very cheap. Won't really pay for work boots or much of anything that others do. Pay was not complete with the market and they view your pay as a "labor expense". They're very focused on Casper instead of the satellite offices and tend to promote based on the "buddy system" both on a high and low level. Good training and resources but not a place to grow if you're not someone who is well connected in their cliques.

    Pretty decent company

    Pros

Mesa is a relatively new natural gas generator company taking the industry by storm. Has its ups and downs but extremely stable. The c.e.o has never laid anyone off during a down turn in the oil and gas industry. Really decent benefits and pay is starting to get better.

    Cons

Being that mesa is a newer company it's still going through its growing pains. So with that said there's room for improvement just as any new company would
