    I have been working at Messer Construction for less than a year

    Pros

    Messer is a great company to learn from and have such a solid working relationship with the community, even as an intern i get paid holidays and my boss is very understanding and easy to work with

    Cons

    As an intern i get bored, i feel like they don't provide me with enough to do.

    Great work force focused on your improvement. Flexibility. Data entry. Great company values, paired with high quality character individuals.

    Cons

    Primary job is to make the full time project accounts job easier. No work experience growth. Difficulties to network with employees.

    Expose co ops to useful experience. Allow more inclusion with work related experiences.
