    French ownership. Frequent reorganization. Site management not in control of their own destiny.

    International nature of the organization should be reflected in top level management team - not just French.

    Pros

    Good company to work for. Well supported union, very flexible with childcare and benefit are second to none

    Cons

    Management cant make any decisions without getting authorisation from France. Machine shops are like being back in the 60s and everything is about production and head count.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on sorting the noms out and not always the shop floor. Replace people who leave and not always expect other just to take on there role.
