    Pros

    Family-like philosophy, good benefits. Training.

    Cons

Little room for advanced engineering and have to deal with engineering teams in India.

    Advice to Management

When you grant someone with a leave of absence, respect the deal instead of taking it as a reason to fire people. This is a really unprofessional and bad behavior.
