    Pros

Flex Time is nice...you have the ability to WFH when you need to. But it doesn't mean you still won't put in a 10 hour day.

    Cons

No consideration for time with family...you're working 24/7.

    Advice to Management

Do you enjoy the time you spend with your family? So do we. Let's stop crunching timelines and think more about our people. If we are happier in the office, MetLife is going to get a better product out of the work.
