I have been working at MetaLogix, Inc. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A relaxed environment to work. As long as you make the effort, no-one will be on your back. Growing at a super speed. Good reputation in the industry.

    Cons

Possibly trying to expand a bit too quickly. Need to treat lower staff a bit better. Companies who they work with in regards to lead-generation are useless.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to lower staff. They are the people who run and keep your company afloat. Carry out better lead generation campaigns.
