I have been working at Method Test Prep full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

These guys mean what they say and they back up their commitments to their customers and employees. The President of the company routinely reaches out directly to customers, spends endless time on the phone with parents and teachers and has a true passion for the work. The team at Method Test Prep is young, smart, friendly and simply the best I've seen in the business. The results speak for themselves. Parents are insanely loyal to the brand in very competitive markets and they have strong relationships with the schools they work with. The president is inspiring and works tirelessly to help employees be successful at what they do. The company offers very competitive compensation and provides opportunities to build your own steam of referrals that can be very lucrative. All the top level managers came from within the lower ranks of the company so loyalty is very evident. The company has provided very good careers opportunities for their people. Fun work enviroment!

    Cons

Not always as busy as some tutors would like at all times of the year. The demand goes in waves so for tutors starting out it can be feast or famine. Opportunities for upward movement into full time, salaried positions have seemed limited in the past but rapid growth has brought several recent promotions.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow and open up more opportunities for new employees. Great job!
