I have been working at Methodist Health System - NE and IA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours are nice to have

    Cons

Management is very rude to new employees and does not listen to concerns. Systems are impossible to learn, even written notes and documentation are dismissed as “excuses” when managers change their minds after the fact. Managers often bicker over who has authority, so regardless of whose instruction you take it will be wrong. Even re-using existing processes is considered an error when the Lead who wrote it has... retired and the new Lead does not like the way it is written and wants it done a different way but does not communicate the changes.
