    Cons

Up management works as team, even though it's union in place. Reason most CNA leave is attendance policy and case load of 16 patients for 12 hours continuous.

I have been working at Methodist Hospital (KY) full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Steady work, Decent pay, friendly staff, everybody knows everybody, small hometown hospital, great physicians to work with for the most part.

    Cons

Can be increased drama due to being smaller hospital, some physicians are more difficult to deal with. As an employee you are the last to know if there are issues with the hospital, such as financial issues, CEO resigning (or being let go) possible job cuts, ect...

    Advice to Management

Be more upfront with staff, pay could be more comparable to surrounding hospitals. stand behind your employees.

I worked at Methodist Hospital (KY) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I see no pros anymore after what they did to me

    Cons

I was hired and started working here, on my 2nd day of employment I was hit by a car and was in the hospital when I was let go by the hospital. I understood being let go for not being able to do the job they hired me for, and I was in a probation period, but when I called back when I was healed to see if I could reapply for another position the HR contact said shed check into it, and never called me back. I no longer want to work for a company that has no compassion for it's employees. I wonder how they really feel about their patients.

    Advice to Management

Not sure what I can say to management when it was Human resources who had the least amount of compassion
