    I've never been around a more passionate and dedicated group of team members. It's very common to see my co-workers go above and beyond to help our patients and each other. We share a strong commitment to our mission of providing excellent healthcare to everyone coming through our doors, regardless of their ability to pay. I'm proud to serve the community at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare

    Cons

    Work/Life balance can be challenge, because there is always lots to do. I find leaders to be supportive and flexible, so it's manageable.

    Decent pay and overall a good job.

    Cons

    Don't be a white male and want to work in respiratory at North. It's a predominantly women staff. Plenty of men have applied only the women get the jobs.

    Be equal to all nationalities and gender.

    Very supportive environment which is great for a new graduate RN. I have been with the company since graduating from nursing school 8 years ago and I would love to continue working for the company as an APRN

    Pros

    Great learning experience, challenging and complex morbidity and patient conditions. Very friendly and caring staff. Clean and updated facility. Lots of learners and teachers to push patient care

    Cons

    Multiple layers of bureaucracy without a multiple hospital system. Lots of new staff members and turnover at the flagship hospital due to higher workload and lower pay

    healthcare in general is unstable, no matter if you're a doctor or you're raising money for a hospital.
