I have been working at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Scheduling is flexible. We input the shifts that we wish to work during a given scheduling cycle. Overtime hours are often available. The pay is competitive and the benefits are above average.

    Cons

I don't really have any cons to give. I've been with Methodist for 5 years and I still enjoy working there. No workplace is perfect all of the time but the culture at Methodist makes the imperfect times bearable.

I worked at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible. You can take PTO at short notice. We had monthly luncheons or birthday fellowship parties. The other associates I worked with were very nice. The management is nice too. An overall peaceful work environment.

    Cons

Things are changing in the PFS department. Not as organized or focused on quality as they were before. High turn over in my dept. I had 3 managers in less than 3 years and many different supervisors and leads. The pay is lower than other places. I'd suggest naming your price before you take the job because once you do it's hard to move up in pay no matter how well you do.
