I have been working at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Scheduling is flexible. We input the shifts that we wish to work during a given scheduling cycle. Overtime hours are often available. The pay is competitive and the benefits are above average.

    Cons

I don't really have any cons to give. I've been with Methodist for 5 years and I still enjoy working there. No workplace is perfect all of the time but the culture at Methodist makes the imperfect times bearable.

I worked at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare full-time

    Pros

Annual pay raises, shift differential pay, the ability to transfer to different facilities or departments within their healthcare system

    Cons

Some managers or directors won't promote you if you're great at what you do. If you clock in more than 7 minutes prior to your shift, you will get points which can add up and result in disciplinary action.

    Advice to Management

    Listen more to your employees.
