I worked at Metro Bank (US) (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The ability to generate new new deposit, lending, opportunities for the bank by listening and understanding what current and potential client wants from a financial institution. Also, by listening and understanding the client and potential client I have been able to uncover unperceived needs, and have been able to deepen the relationship with current clients and bring value to our new clients other people or institutions did not do.

    Cons

    No real "cons" exempt time

    Advice to Management

To continues to grow our market share by more innovative ways of getting "in front of" larger groups such as doctors, lawyers, and larger businesses

I have been working at Metro Bank (US) full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The pros are the great people I met and learned from. Benefits are pretty good and the paid vacation is more than some companies.

    Cons

The pay is lower for the size of the company. They don't have normal bank hours. Only 4 paid holidays a year. And as of February 2016 they sold to another bank, so many back office people won't be able to keep their jobs.
