I worked at Metro by T-Mobile (More than a year)

    Pros

Good management, can make ok $$ if you hit your numbers.

    Cons

Not necessarily unique to Metro but typical retail hours. You better hit your commission numbers because base pay isn't the greatest.

I worked at Metro by T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I felt I was able to use my talents in the classroom and in the field. I enjoyed working with and training employees. The resources for conducting my job duties was strong.

    Cons

They say they believe in work life balance but that just is not the case. Leadership micromanaged everything and allowed local clients to play politics, tainting morale and making you wish you did not work there at all.

I have been working at Metro by T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

Long hours, stressful days, unorganized, no benefits

  8. "Okay Job"

I worked at Metro by T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Didn't do much while on the clock. Perfect job for college student.

    Cons

Didn't give good enough incentives to truly try and make commission. If goal was not met, then all commission made was lost and there was impossible goals set for part-time. Practically the same goals as full-time people and that is unrealistic when hours vary a lot.
