    Pros

    Fun work environment and great place to work if you're a student.

    Cons

    Very low base pay and trying to sell crappy products(phones) made the job a little harder.

    Great benefits and pay. The right place to grow your management skills. Sales and Mgmt Training are provide. Also mileage and PTO.

    Cons

    You might have to work weekends and some holiday since the stores only close two days a year.

    I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I loved my job and being able to communicate and interact with customers! If I was valued more as an employee I wouldn't consider leaving. I work 40+ hours guaranteed every week. Hourly pay plus commission is awesome.

    Cons

    No BENIFITS AT ALL. we just recently got health insurance. No sick time, no paid vacation, nothing. So if you're sick and got the flu, though love. I work 45 hours a week 9:30-8pm and dont really get appreacited for my efforts. Right now as a manager I only make 9.60 and hour with over a years worth of experience!!!!
