    Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, great growth opportunities, strong work/life balance, great team dynamic all on the internal/corporate side of the company.

    Cons

Some of our authorized dealers create a bad name for our brand by not taking care of their employees and our customers making our job supporting them very difficult. Because of the type of business relationship.

    Advice to Management

Require more transparency from our authorized dealers to ensure they are meeting our high standards of our brand.

I worked at MetroPCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It put food on the table

    Cons

Don't expect to make any real money. As someone that's worked for other cell phone providers this has to be the least commission wise

    Advice to Management

Fix your commission structure and pay employees better.

I worked at MetroPCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meeting all different kinds of people was very refreshing. Getting to know all of the other associates was also a pleasure. It wasn't a tough job overall.

    Cons

The long hours wear on you. The pay also didn't match the amount of hours I was putting in, so it was time to move on.

    Advice to Management

Improve with training methods. I believe it would be in employees best interest if they sent the new hires to a training class to prep them for the job.

I worked at MetroPCS part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's get really slow if you're looking for that, like only 5 payments a day slow. Plenty of free time to work on school work/business/job applications.

    Cons

-Owner and assistant manager have no idea how to run a business, always pushing people to buy stuff and have scared off some of the usual customers. Customers would always complain about shady tactics used by owner or co-workers that would screw them over later on. Don't expect anything when you do well for the day but be ready to get it when you mess up. Lies about monthly goals and compensation. Honestly this management here has completely turned me away from working for cell phone providers. AVOID.

    Advice to Management

Nothing, good luck with that sinking ship.
