I worked at MetroPCS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid vacation and you don't have to pay for your uniforms

    Cons

Very unorganized, poorly managed, low pay with few raises, cannot manage a schedule, nothing to strive towards (promotion or incentives). Only hired for contract work, questionable sales tactics, poor equipment

    Advice to Management

More incentives to work, better pay, and manage the schedule better. Local management needs to value their employees a little more than it has been.

I worked at MetroPCS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible Working Hours for Full-time or Part-time

    Cons

This store was set-up next to a bad location
Neighboring store would smell of Marijuana and vent into the MetroPCs Store
Managers would aggressively put employees down if goals weren't met or if minor mistakes were made; were not professional at conducting their Management position and power.
    No health coverage or benefits
Did not pay commission for the beginning 3 months

    Advice to Management

Learn to proficiently manage a team of employees.
Learn multiple tactics to motivate employees instead of devaluing them.
Do a background and drug check when hiring
