    Money was pretty okay and decent

    Cons

    Managers were eh, customers were also rude. energy draining, NO benefits besides monthly commission.

    Make it a fun place for employees to work.

    Pros

    flexible schedule, very easy job, team built, gain many sales skills, competitive representatives (which I love), holiday events and random events.

    Cons

    No career advancement, poor management, no benefits, minimum pay, very small and rare pay raise (cents), commission pay is very low, unsafe at times, and unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

    Secure stores more, care about your employees, and endure a professional environment.

    It's a job and I need the money.

    The pay is very low for the work that we do. The hours are poor as well. They put you to work when they feel like it.

    I worked at MetroPCS full-time

    Pros

    Pay became much better with T-Mobile merger
    depending on your manager it can be flexible
    easy only basic computer skills needed to be successful

    Cons

    usually in bad areas so safety is a concern and security is minimal
    dishonest managers encourage dishonest sales practices so be comfortable with that
    most managers are very young and experience is limited outside of retail work so they can be very immature and ill equipped to handle confrontation

    Hire more experienced managers
    foster a safer working environment

    Pros

    Metro is very supportive when you open new locations. They will help you every step of the way.

    Cons

    After opening the store, they offer very little in terms of guidance. A lot of discrepancy between owners when it comes to customer service.

    Greater emphasis on HR and management would be nice

    You could make good commission and it was very dependent of the wee but that was really all that was good

    Cons

    Many angry customers, management was a joke, I got left alone on weekends for whole days and was expected to run it all
