    Cons

    No weekends off
    No commission
Boss made fun of employees on groupme
No breaks only one hour break when employee worked 6 hours.
    Tend to have favoritism
Pushed you to sell phones to customers that didn't have money

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees how you would like to be treated.

I worked at MetroPCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The boss was great, except for providing enough employees so Store Manager can have off occasionally.

    Cons

I was only paid $10 an hour for a Store Manager position....REALLY???? Then only allowed me one other employee to staff store...Due to low wages couldn't keep decent help, so also ended up with many hours on such a low pay having to always train someone new....Loved the job but for all the hours and BS not worth it!! Stores were also getting broken into and held up as well throughout the company...Sorry but my life is worth more than $10 an hour and some prepaid phones...

    Advice to Management

Pay your good employees what they are worth! I would have stayed for a respectable pay, but I make more staying self-employed and safe....
