    Pros

Great Benefits, No cuts if you are under quota, Friendly work Enviornment, Good pay for a non commissioned work place.

    Cons

Sometimes communication is slow. Getting new information to the staff is delayed alot. Coverage is moderate in our selling area.

    Advice to Management

Communication from corporate to the employees should be implemented better. Sometimes managment does not engage in new policies or promotions, and the messages are not relayed to the front of the store well.

    Pros

MetroPCS implements its core value on a daily basis. There is an open door policy. Fairness is displayed across the board. The CEO is very accessible. He's friendly and makes an effort to communicate and have his employees communcate with him by having open "ask anything you want, suggest anything you want, etc." sessions on a quartley basis. The salary is exceptional and the diversity is apparent.

    Cons

products, policies, etc. are implemented so fast that at times it's hard to cascade the information to all that need to know. This is not a downside to "working for MetroPCS", but alot of the work is outsourced and MetroPCS only has so much control over the groups involved.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. MetroPCS has made a hugh positive inpact in the wireless world and there is no doubt that the business and it's subscriber base will continue to grow.

    Cons

pay could be a bit more. but really most employees are here because of the culture and the take away is all the things that you learn and trained very well on all aspects of the industry.

I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Shortest hours I have worked for a salary position. Off Sundays, as close to 9-5 as you can get in a retail store.

    Cons

It is a little bit of a Good ol' boys club where those who have been around with the company from founding have found their way to immunity from termination no matter what they do.

    Advice to Management

Decrease a bit of the micro-management that goes on. Trust the people you hired to do the job you hired them to do.

    Pros

Innovative, caring, and quite impressive leadership (Malcolm, Roger). Folks were all part of a team dedicated to providing a better service to customers.

    Cons

Not a lot. They were sometimes not good at training at least MY manager LOL in how to be a good manager, but he was the exception, and obviously, I managed.

    Advice to Management

Not a lot, they sold us and i applaud them -- they wanted to do something no one else had, and they did! they did it first, and they did it best!
