    I worked at MetroPCS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    they offered very flexible scheduling and laid back atmosphere. also pay day was every monday. job is pretty easy to learn and not hard to u derstand how to handle payments and activations. they system is pretty simple all together. i would reccomend this job to someone who is looking to find a short term job or something to bring extra income

    Cons

    not worth the pay the training process is kind of insanem coworkers are rude and customers that have issues tend to flip out / company does not offer benefits and seems to be unorganized. not a job for someone looking to have a career

    Advice to Management

    you should thinkg about maybe paying your employess a higher pay rate if you want someone who will stick around. 9 dollars an hour is not woth the head ache of dealing with all the crazy

    Regular Customers, co- workers and the scheduling may be flexible depending on the store owner

    Cons

    Withheld comission, they have no proof to track hours. Some may be owned by families that are not always be available for any questions or concerns. They do not offer benefits

    Advice to Management

    Need at least 2 or more employees per shift

    Pros

    They have a lot of customers switching from boost mobile to metro pcs. This makes for a lot commision. Cool

    Cons

    Money hungry company who lie to there customers. A lot of hiden fees an charges. Also they pressure customers into upgrades.

    Advice to Management

    Make the customers more fees able change management in the company. Make hourly pay more rewarding and acceptable. That is all
