I worked at MetroPCS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good place to gain expierence if you are looking for first retail job
Most places accept little to no expierence when first starting with the company
Easy going work environment with occasional rushes

    Cons

Minimum wage salary (again this depends on which location you work at, not all stores do this!)
Since a lot of stores are independently owned, a lot of people don't know how to run a business

flexible schedule, very easy job, team built, gain many sales skills, competitive representatives (which I love), holiday events and random events.

    Cons

No career advancement, poor management, no benefits, minimum pay, very small and rare pay raise (cents), commission pay is very low, unsafe at times, and unprofessional.

I have been working at MetroPCS full-time

    Pros

The wireless company is an authorized dealer of MetroPCS. They do a good job of rewarding their employees monthly with prizes like restaurant gift cards and visa ones too based on performance.

    Cons

Some of the people they hire are garbage...They could try interviewing more than once before they bring someone on. Sagging your pants and playing rap music with lots of profanity with customers in the store shouldn't be allowed.

    Advice to Management

Hire more professional people and invest in a 401k for your employees
