    Pros

A good fun job. Very easy to sell and explain to customers. Products and plans are very fair for customer. Being a prepaid company you aren't locking people in or getting them with contracts.

    Cons

Not lot of opportunity to move up. The corporate people are just in and out not very interactive. It all depends on the franchise owner you work for.

    Advice to Management

Not much just take care of the employees, expand the business reach into different markets. They definitely need to reach more people about the service.
