    Skilled Co-workers, Good Working Environment

    Cons

    There have been times when tasks being assigned to you are hardly explained completely, which may tend to leave you with the lack of 'motivation' to complete said task as you don't know what's its true/intended purpose is, how does this exactly impact this & that, etc.

    Complacency of counter-party department are apparent at times, especially when it comes to important times & dates - they continually ask, even after sending a division-wide email enlisting every important, major meeting, deadline, etc.

    Retirement benefit, smooth work load, provident fund

    Low salary, no room for growth, promotion takes long time, does not promote work-life-balance, healthcard for employees have limited out-patient balance, healthcard for dependents is too minimal, discrimination on some benefits and responsibilities between staff and employees, low tech system, old fashioned company

    Advice to Management

    Promote a work life balance to all employees, increase salaries, increase health card benefits

    3. systems are currently advancing than the big competitors. (and that's a FACT)
    4. currently improving there LOAN process fast. you are assured with LOW LOW LOW INTEREST RATES.

    1. one person = 3 or more jobs+++++ MULTITASKING EVERYWHERE
    2. environment depends on where you are assigned ( it may be a nightmare or heaven)

    always hear from the staffs and officers what they really feel every now and then. Good employees quit there jobs because of their bosses not their jobs/positions.

    MBTC Bank Officers (JAM and up) receive at least 15 month pay + Bonuses + Holiday pay + Great retirement package.

    Cons

    Bell curve performance ranking. Red tape. Bureaucratic / Autocratic. Too strict dresscode. Old school (IT) systems. Slow to implement tech updates.
