I worked at Metropolitan Bank and Trust (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The good thing in working of one of the largest bank in the Philippines is that they pay more than what is required by law in terms of month paid per year. Metrobank has 15th month pay , compared to what is required by law which is only up to 13th month.

Aside from that they also have medical benefits ,clothing allownaces and various de minimis benefits.

    Cons

As to the cons, in terms of salary difference between rank & file and officers. The gap is wide which is almost double of that the salary of rank & file, although as an officer your responsibility is also higher compared to that of the rank & file

    Advice to Management

Review the Salary difference between the rank & file and that of officers, because the rank & file workers do the dirty work aside from the fact that they don't receive a Profit sharing.

    Cons
