I worked at Metropolitan Bank and Trust full-time

    Pros

    Skilled Co-workers, Good Working Environment

    Cons

There have been times when tasks being assigned to you are hardly explained completely, which may tend to leave you with the lack of 'motivation' to complete said task as you don't know what's its true/intended purpose is, how does this exactly impact this & that, etc.

Complacency of counter-party department are apparent at times, especially when it comes to important times & dates - they continually ask, even after sending a division-wide email enlisting every important, major meeting, deadline, etc.
