Supportive, room to grow, encouraging, balanced.

    Cons

Some departments run too lean. As a nonprofit, salaries are fair but may need some increase to attract more professional HR and IT specialists.

I have been working at Metropolitan Family Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The staff and management have really made it a joy to be apart of the team! The benefits are the best and there is plenty of room for growth.

    Cons

The pay is comparable to all other non-profits I worked for. However, the benefits make up for it. You cant beat 30 days of PTO AND 11 paid holidays.

    Advice to Management

Provide more training to Management so they are well equipped to handle employee matters.
