Great place to work
May 17, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The museum has a great environment of people around it who are truly passionate about their work. People end up staying a very long time and it’s easy to see why. The staff all care for each other and the moral is good.
Cons
On the other hand, moving around positions is almost impossible and the new hiring processes and HR are truly weak. It’s very hard to get an answer on things and often you’ll even be recommended for a position but they will turn you away with reason.

Great work experience and professional, yet caring, working environment! Pleasant, upbeat atmosphere with ready-to-please attitudes abound here. Top-notch, hardworking and engaging management, leads by example! Supportive, aware and in-touch management demonstrated strong concern for their employees/staff and customers, in their demanding posts, encouraging employees to do their best without imposing stress. Exceptional retail work environment. Drawbacks include small workers’ area, low salary, limited opportunity for growth.
Cons
Small workers’ area, low salary, limited opportunity for growth.
