Union is the only saving grace. Benefits are good. Pay is good for someone without college better than a lot of jobs that require college.
Cons
No work life balance. Changing schedule every three months. Safety isn’t guaranteed. Management and organization constantly trying to fire you so they don’t have to pay your pension. If you get sick or family member sick or you have an incident in your life they have zero compassion and will try to take your job away .
