    Advice to Management

Interviewer should hire not only on job requirements but as well on the person who is willing to perform best. Employers should not be youth oriented only. Experience in a mature person is also a best asset. Our president has to be at least 50 years old to rule U.S. So, why is it that companies judge new recruits by age instead of experience. Some jobs require vitality such as lifting, construction, furniture deliveries. However, office jobs do not require specifically this type of strength although one has to be healthy to work.
