    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MiLB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Top notch facility for a AAA team. Non-management personnel are friendly and easy to work with.

    Cons

Upper management is not open to change. You will be grilled if you go 15 minutes into overtime for any given week. Horrific communication from the President and other VP’s. Good luck asking for any kind of wage increase, this is the stingiest organization I’ve ever worked for in my 10 years of industry experience.

    Pros

Sports work, cool gear, fun atmosphere.

    Cons

Long hours, low pay, you will have to dress as a mascot on hot days. Demanding sales in a sort that so clearly doesn’t draw.

    "Fun- horrible management"

    2.0

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at MiLB full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fun, high energy, challenging, sports world is a blast, make new friends

    Cons

Specifically for the Tacoma Rainiers: During season, expect to work 7 days a week until at least 7-8pm. Additionally, upper management here is disorganized and also somewhat corrupt. The office environment is chaotic and people treat coworkers very poorly. Expect misogyny and no respect. Interns- expect to work an extreme amount for zero money or perks. Overall, I would avoid at all costs!
