    Pros

Great product very good pay and benefits

Upper management ran a great product into the ground. Mismanagement on many levels. Law suites, audits and layoffs may doom this great product.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at MiMedx Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Making products that benefit others

    Cons

Upper management do not know how to manage and communicate. If you work hard, they will not recognized it. Your schedule is overwhelming and you’ll be overworked. Favoritism plays a huge role in upper management.

    Advice to Management

Take management classes cause it says a lot when supervisors, team leads and processors leave back to back.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MiMedx Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great compensation, great products, always involving pipeline, ton of clinical data, fired former CEO

    Cons

Upper management Most of lower management Delisted from Nasdaq Dod and SEC investigation Bleek company future, no job security Only care about sales reps when putting up big numbers

    Advice to Management

Fire all upper management and most of the lower management. Go back private so stock price is not the number one focus.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at MiMedx Group for less than a year

    Pros

None at all for the surgical division.

    Cons

They truly have set up the surgical division to fail. The way they introduced this division set up a lot of conflict between surgical and wound care divisions, hence their was a lot of back stabbing and stealing credit of implanted tissue through their controversial "tissue tagging" process. The upper management doesn't care or want to get involved because to them "revenue is...

    Advice to Management

Get it together, you will lose a majority of your surgical sales force because you treat them like the red-headed stepchild.
