I have been working at MiTAC Technology full-time

    Pros

Not a huge company in Europe. Small organization. Less corp approach. More like small family.

    Cons

Too much work handled by single employee. Management don’t care about HR, employee needs, etc. They have no clue how to keep good employee in company. Very limited marketing due to weak sales. Lots of small problems that consume employee time on daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Talk to employee, listen to people needs and requests. Do semester or yearly interviews. Try to maintain in company structures good, effective people
