    Pros

Great training department and development opportunities paid by the company for your benefit!

Jobs are not equitable for women and hospital outreach centers are still not aligned to main hospital goals.

I worked at Miami Children's Health System full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing was great about this company. No pros here unless you think that working a dead-end job is your career path. The company tries to promote a culture friendly workplace, but it is all a lie. Their motto is "Anything is possible" and "For health, for life." None of their values really align with these sayings. "Work until you can work no more" should be their motto; with no chance of promotion, raise or even simple recognition.

    Cons

Everything: including low pay and hostile work environment (by upper management). I even paid for the employee parties out of my own pockets and I never got reimbursed for any of them. Cheapest company I ever worked for, with no respect for their low waged, overworked employees. I have worked for many horrible bosses before, but this was the worst one. Also, I have seen terminations of employees that are unjustified.

    Advice to Management

Be more humane towards your working employees (they are people too) because their hard work is what is paying your paychecks and bonuses. If your work attitude does not improve with your employees, then you will have even more employee turnovers and suffer great losses of talented individuals. Right now the turnover rate is 67% and climbing at this company.
