No pros ... Great coworkers. I can't think of anything else
Cons
Bad sales behavior, poor management skills, unrealistic goals, micromanagement without purpose, long hours without pay, non-competitive pay structure. Managers are unwilling to listen to any creative ideas if not their own. Unfortunately, their ideas are like the newspaper, stuck in the past.

Great coworkers. I can't think of much else.

The newspaper industry has declined over the years and no longer offers the same benefits and job security.
