I have been working at Mice Groups full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You learn from the professionals that are in the top 5% of their field. You are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial spirit, to think outside the box. Creativity is encouraged and rewarded. Salary is above market; commission structure is one of the best I have ever seen. Contests and performance bonuses and team building just make a great place even better.

    Cons

Nothing at all comes to mind

    Advice to Management

This is a great place to work! Continue to protect and promote the culture.

I worked at Mice Groups full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great work life balance.
    Great support staff.
    Family environment.

    Cons

As with any company, Mice Groups has a few issues. First, their processes are very antiquated and irrelevant to modern day recruiting. Secondly, for such a small company (7 employees) you'll have no influence on change. Thirdly and perhaps most importantly, this is a lifestyle company where if you want an 8 to 5 job for minimal pay, then it's just the place for you. If you have no recruiting or sales experience or up to a year or two, then Mice Groups is a great place to cut you're teeth. Otherwise, they focus on small start up companies where if you're lucky, you'll get 1 hire a month. In short, I would recommend Mice Groups for anyone looking to break-in to the staffing business. If you're the bread winner and have more than 2 years of experience then you might want to reconsider Mice Groups.

    Advice to Management

CEO has great intentions and at some level cares. However, you've lost and will continue to lose great employees if you don't open you're mind and accept change. You need to trust!
