    Pros

    Strong team with low turnover of staff. As with all recruitment companies only the strongest survive. Had lots of fun, very transparent company, what you see is what you get.

    Cons

    No negatives about the company, I left to change career. Learnt a lot.

    Advice to Management

    Keep going!

    Once in a life time opportunity to complete a secondment at MBA's Sydney office. Supportive nature transcends each office.

    Sale$$$$ close to market Quick decision process possibility to evolve when you get good results good dynamics and fair training

    Cons

    Pressure pressure lack of respect and ethics bad working conditions with no benefits at all aggressive and low reputation with big clients

    No cons. I owe a lot to training and mentoring. It's allowed me to progress from Trainee to Manager

    Amazing opportunity to learn about business. The company strives to develop and support the staff. Culturally it is a great place to be, dynamic and you are encouraged to be creative.

    Cons

    Did not have any specific issues, had to move otherwise I would still be working for MBA.

    No micro management and there is a very mature and pleasant working environment.
    Really good incentives and good commission scheme.

    Haven't seen anything in particular that is a con so far.

    Great to start if you have no experience in recruitment.

    Cons

    Hard sales environment. No teamwork or guideline. You basically have to do everythng yourself

    Be more inspiring.
