I have been working at Michael Kors full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A very dynamic, action-oriented work environment, with a tangible passion for the brand. Always striving to move the business forward.

    Cons

At times too quick to move from one focus area to another, not allowing enough time for new behaviors or processes to embed

I have been working at Michael Kors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Generally nice people in my department
    - Seems like they have opportunities for growth from a junior role standpoint
    - Ability to WFH if necessary, which helps with work-life balance
    - More informal/casual dress code

    Cons

    - Standard hours could be from 9-5; if people need to come in early or stay late, that should be to their discretion
    - Relations between some people can seem a little political/catty
    - Compensation could be more competitive

I have been working at Michael Kors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Over the past year there has been a lot of exciting changes here such as the acquisition of Versace. You can feel a really positive direction that the company is going in. I have also witnessed a lot of internal movement which keeps you motivated. There are some great new senior leaders in the company as well!

    Cons

I do not have any cons of working here!

I have been working at Michael Kors full-time

    Pros

I've worked for Michael Kors for the past 3 years and have enjoyed most of it. I am constantly challenged with new projects and tasks. This has given me a ton of experience that I doubt I would get at another fortune 500 company.

MK is a fast-paced environment where my role has evolved and more responsibilities have been given. I would recommend MK to anyone considering.

    Cons

No summer Fridays. No bonus. No work from home policy.

    Advice to Management

Develop a flexible schedule where WFH is embraced.

    Pros

50% off employee discount online and retail

    Cons

No work life balance , they always decline you when you are try to swap shift without reason (even a part time ) and it is difficult to request a day off . Some managers are nice and some are so mean , they like to yell at you in font of the customers too

    Advice to Management

Bad management, they won’t listen to us , not care our feeling . The manager told us at the meeting said “company don’t care about us “
