I have been working at Michael Wisher & Associates part-time

    Pros

Can choose when to work and where to work
Lots of different sport events available to work at

    Cons

Don't always have work, some periods will be very quiet.
Not paid for travelling when on the coach for hours going to places like Wembley

    Advice to Management

Better to pay staff that are travelling far distances as this takes up a lot of time and is therefore a drawback

I worked at Michael Wisher & Associates full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All of the full time staff will work as hard as possible to reach any tarights or goals for both their clients and Michael Wisher & Associates casual staff members.

    Cons

The full time team will often find it difficult during busy periods to keep on top of their workload due to being short of at least 2 other full time staff members. This often leads to problems.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a larger full time workforce to cope with busy periods during the year.

I have been working at Michael Wisher & Associates part-time

    Pros

You aren't personally interviewed or anything, you just get the job.
Pretty relaxed on being able to choose which times you work.

    Cons

    Rude managers.
They employ anyone so sometimes you're put on a team with people that don't do anything!

    Pros

locations- Iv worked at amazing places like hotels, weddings, Xmas parties,Wembley stadium, silverstone, Royal Ascot and even the Olympic stadium!

Hours- you can work literally when you want to work

People- you work with different people every shift which means Iv made lots of friends at work and on the events team

Pay- paid straight into my bank every 2 weeks, and sometimes I drive and they pay my fuel charges if I pick other staff up

Fun and flexible- I am treated like a member of a huge team and we always have lots of banter on shift, the work has been completely flexible and helped to fit around my college and uni schedule providing me with a decent income.

    Cons

Sometimes it can be stressful because it so busy, but I like to be busy rather than bored.

    Advice to Management

make it easier to know what shifts are available
