    Pros

Great colleagues who are passionate and work hard to do their job. Ability to work from home from time to time.

    Cons

Emotionally hostage and threatening upper management who does not value their hard working and passionate employees. Promoting those that do not support Michales Wilder and are only there to serve themselves.

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility for your failures and do not blame your employees. Understand that you are a small time agency that can not compete in today's market.
