I have been working at Michelin North America full-time

    Pros

Lots of career opportunities. Solid company, very safe even through crisis. Good benefits inc. tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

salaries are very low. And as you grow in the company, the gap between Michelin salary and market salary keeps growing. The work-life balance is degrading a lot: it's more and more work to work at Michelin, and the quality of the work is also degrading (lots of low-level, low-value added operational work that other companies would outsource or hire lower-level employees to help out).

I worked at Michelin North America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits and culture; lots of professional development; coworkers/managers who want you to succeed and care about the final product; meaningful work

    Cons

Chaotic processes; France oversight and red tape make the job unnecessarily harder; many team members stretched too thin; so much movement in roles and reorganizing teams that it's hard to settle in or get into a good rhythm
