there is nothing good about my time with them except the brand name.
Cons
Michelin is a great brand but the work culture, once you get inside, is as toxic as it can get. They have a very bad work and life balance. It is hard to manage everything especially when you start but as you get in contrary to expectation, it just keeps getting harder. As a marketing professional, I expected a much better experience but leaving Michelin was the right decision, they need to work hard towards employee satisfaction.
