I have been working at Micro Focus full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Positive environment. - Strong career growth is possible with the right manager and attitude. - Great learning tools (PluralSight and LinkedIn Learning). - Working From Home and overall flexibility with schedules.

    Cons

    - Compensation (including bonuses and salary growth rate) is below-average in most positions. - Still adjusting post-HPE merger (but it's really stabilized a lot during the last year).

    Advice to Management

Cost saving is a natural goal, but it can impact morale and results when you don't gie your employees enough compensation and equipment. Strike a better balance.
