Open and flexible environment with a lot of support from coworkers and supervisors, appreciative and hands-on CEO, stable environment. The supervising staff have a "you-need-it-we'll-do-it" attitude towards engineers. Within reason, there's very little the CEO won't do to promote a positive and constructive working environment. Non-competitive pay rates, pressure to commit sales on engineers and network technicians, little room for training events, no standard grievement leave. The minimum average pay rate for my job title is well above what I actually earn here. Also, stocks/profit sharing was something offered to me as part of a raise early January 2008; as of June 2008, there has been no visible progress made to that end.
