    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at MicroStrategy (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people. End of story. Some of the brightest and coolest people I've worked with in my entire career. Even as attrition is steady or steadily increasing, quality people from product, development, to sales make this company going.

    Cons

The leadership philosophies are diametrically opposed to what we are promoting to our customers...and they are starting to notice. Shape up or ship out.

    Advice to Management

Stay out of the way. Learn the product, and learn the market. You're too busy worrying about your bonuses to care about what's happening all around you.
