- Salary & benefits are way below industry average - Few (if any) opportunities for advancement/ salary increases - US offices run on a skeleton crew - More and more positions getting sent overseas - Everyone is expected to work multiple roles since they never backfill positions - Sole focus is on cutting operating costs in order to buy more bitcoin - Too much turnover in middle/ upper management - Very little job security

For a tech company that claims to value innovation, upper management is not very keen on taking feedback to adopt more efficient ways of doing things. Even if you propose a rational solution to an issue, you're told to keep your head down and just follow the status quo. This isn't the type of place you go for learning opportunities and career advancement. It's a generally toxic place to work.
