    I have been working at Microland full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Am writing the note after my completion of 5 Years of tenure in ML.

    My Journey with ML was Challenging and Interesting, ML has changed a lot from last 5 year.I would definitely recommend my friends and family who are happy to take challenges and continue to learn.

    There are many good initiatives which made stay this long with the company, where I have not completed even 2 years in any of my previous organizations.

    To list few of them:

    Learning we have dedicated to the team to support our learning aspiration, with latest tools available in Market.

    You would be given quite good tools to make your day to day work easier

    Opportunities to learn and grow plenty

    Internal Job Posting is the wonderful opportunity, which is much better than other MNC(Checked with my ex.Collegues to compare )

    If you are consistent performer no need to worry about your package it will be taken care and adjusted in every two years. If you only money oriented it's not a very good space, It's a good space for Career oriented people(sanskrit"karmanye vadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadachana").

    ML leave, referral options are also up to market standards.

    Getting PF interest more than government guidance.

    Hiked Shift allowance it is in average market standards now.

    Work wise:

    If you are a good learner, learn fast move fast :), ML 5years experience is worth of 10 years of experience of any other competitor.

    Work-life Balance:

    Work for 8 hours rest will be all your and your family ( time management is very important) yeah sometimes we may need to extend depends upon CSR requirement that is part of our work in any organization

    Progression/Promotion:

    There is very good chance to get progression within 18 months and 36 months

    Cons

    There are no much concerns the current set of leadership Team, Have a request to Promote greener way of commute(Car pooling/EVs etc) .

    Yes there will lot of opportunity improve

    Advice to Management

    It is the time to promote employee do setup Home Offices since we are in the world of IoT and corporate networks are becoming irrelevant.

    Microland offers many opportunities to employees for learning, self development & eventually growth. The opportunities to learn and grow right from the beginning of your career is immense.

    Cons

    Does not have a GYM at facility

    Advice to Management

    Please have good GYM at workspace which is very important factor for employee considering today’s lifestyle

    Good culture, good facilities for employees. Great place to learn.

    Cons

    Sometimes slow in accepting change. Some legacy issues persists. Salaries is not best in the industry.

    Freedom to try out the innovative solutions. Good for people up to 10 years of their carrier

    Cons

    Growth is slow for senior people.

    Management is doing good but I think if they need be more transparent

    Pros

    well salary will come at time. This is the only plus point. Or you have to do some personal favor for getting promotion.

    Cons

    I only find cons here
    1. If something happening wrong with you in team you cannot Raise your voice otherwise you would be forced to leave, happened with 2 or three of my colleges.
    2. Only politics is there.
    3. Employee future are totally dependent on client. Once they kick you out of the project you will be forced to leave.
    4. Mental torture.
    5. If you have self respect you can not work in Microland.
    6. Few projects in north. They dont care for employee they only mean business.

    None compared to other organisations.

    Cons

    Worst company to work with.

    1. No growth the management believes in old guys are more experienced. Even though the person has much knowledge in the field he or she is never given a chance to grow . its the old experienced person who gets a chance.

    2.Pay is way to low than market standards

    3.Worst infrastructure, policies and culture

    4.Not a employee company. They do not care about employees. its the money what matters. Even though a employee is sick he or she is asked to come over and work.

    5. Worst policies. None beneficial to an employee. The policies are created to benefit the organisation but not the employee

    6. There is no balance between work and personal life.

    7. Senior management sucks Most of them are not from a technology background managing technology guys . They do not have any clue about technology and try to implement the call centre environment.

    8. Escalating things to higher management does not work out here. Thy favour their favourites. favouritism works here. Hell lots of politics

    Would recommend do not join this organisation. Its just a piece of hell

    Advice to Management

    Technology changes. People who have worked in the past. The technology has changed he or she might not be aware of the new technology. Stop judging people based on their experience. instead Judge them and give them an opportunity by the knowledge.
