Company with strong values and cares about employees. Company appears to be moving in the right direction. Supportive colleagues for the most part.
Performance reviews are a popularity contest. Be able to promote yourself and value to your organization. Large organization, and can get lost if you do not keep yourself informed.
Advice to Management
Place more value on employee contribution that is focused on the customer and not pet projects that are nebulous.
