    I worked at Microsoft (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great work atmosphere, the most excellent people in computer science across China, great working facility. You can meet great mentors, MSRA is really a good place for research.

    Cons

    The salary is low compared to other IT companies in Beijing, and the workload is high. Besides, the working atmosphere is too geeky.

    Advice to Management

    The proportion of female employees is too low, could consider recruit more female employee. Besides, the the quality and diversity of the food in the canteen could also be improved.

    The mentors are very nice and provides very insightful feedbacks on my research work.
    The colleagues are awesome and snacks are nice.

    No free lunch or dinner (at least for interns).
