    Perks, Good work (but in few teams only), work life balance (would vary in different teams though)

    Lot of politics, unfair reward system, bad managers (most of them)

    + Good perks in Salary outside the base pay
    + recognition systems that reward good performance
    + opportunities for and exposure to cross-functional collaboration
    + Good physical work environment that unifies all the Sales, Development and Support teams in Bengaluru
    + constantly investing in Employee's growth by making available learning resources and investing in the training of industry skills
    + Mentor-mentee relationship is highly encouraged for employee career growth
    +regardless of your degree or current role, you can aspire and works towards an entirely different role within the company, provided you prove your interest and your mettle

    Cons

    + although the shift in importance is starting towards work-life balance, the demands will grow and you will have to work towards striking the balance
    + Your growth and healthy work environment might depend on the immediate team you are in and if there are any issues related to that, it can take a while to get sorted but it won't go unaddressed

    Continue the increased focus in Growth Mindset and embracing transformation across all LOBs.
    Continue the invest made in each employee's growth that makes them feel valued by the company and motivates them to continue their contribution
    additional care can be taken in the leadership/management roles as they are crucial to holding the team together and improving performance.

    Pros

    They generally have a balanced work-life ratio except for times when you will be required to put in a lot of extra effort

    Cons

    Disappointing compensation
    Haphazard process for everything in the company
    Extremely fragmented design culture (It's like they have mini studios fighting against each other)

    Plan your timelines better
    Get back to LT with strong reason rather than simply following orders
