    There were no pros at all.

    Poorly managed vendors that use staff as actors is ridiculous

    Advice to Management

    Microsoft needs to strengthen internal audits in regards of vendors

    Pros

    Good work conditions, positive working environment, great colleagues, smart managers. Motivating remuneration and bonus model. Additional benefits.

    Cons

    If you want to build carrer within the company you must be extremely proactive and pushing what can contravene with persons mentality. That's why very often not the smartest and most skilled people are recognized and promoted but the most visible ones.

    Advice to Management

    To be more flexibe and not only blindly follow to all the corporation standards.
